Prior to joining The Monument Group, Madison served as a Legislative Aide at the Texas House of Representatives for Representative Ken King, where she honed her skills in navigating the intricacies of policymaking, particularly in the realm of education policy. She also served on the House Licensing & Administrative Procedures Committee as an Assistant Clerk conducting research and tracking legislation. A proud alumna of The University of Texas at Austin, Madison holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with a minor in Business.
