Caroline Lillard uses her experience in strategic communications, public affairs and crisis management to deliver thoughtful and comprehensive solutions to clients.
Prior to joining The Monument Group, Caroline worked for a FinTech startup where she created media plans for company launch and product rollouts, managed digital strategy, drafted content, and led project management for a large cross-functional team.
Caroline served in the White House as Associate Director of the Office of Legislative Affairs and Research Director in the Vice President’s Communications Office. Caroline was born and raised in Dallas and graduated from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
