Grace leads executive support and Partner logistics at The Monument Group, focusing on internal and external engagement initiatives to advance efficiency and attention to detail across the firm. Grace has hands-on experience revamping operational procedures and is skilled at delivering exceptional client experience.

Prior to joining The Monument Group, Grace held roles in operations and logistics management at Amazon and other CPG Brands. Born and raised in Austin, Grace is a proud graduate of The University of Texas where she earned a BBA with a degree in Supply Chain Management.
