Prior to joining The Monument Group, Charles worked in the Texas House of Representatives as a legislative and communications aide. Charles is a Fort Worth native and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications and Journalism where he was a member of the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets.
